Pupiko and your information

This notice covers the Pupiko web app at pupiko.pages.dev, offered through GNV.co on Whop. Our public contact is @pupiko.app on Instagram ↗. For privacy requests involving account information, use the private Instagram support route. Whop’s own account and checkout services have separate privacy practices.

What we use, and why

• Account email and sign-in information: authenticate your account, confirm your email, recover access and provide support.
• Puppy name, breed, age and time at home: keep a puppy profile and display relevant context.
• Goals, experience, comfort and practice time: select a supported starting activity and shape the training path.
• Work hours and meeting details: arrange practice around the day you choose to enter.
• Practice results and skill progress: resume your saved path, show progress and inform future plans.
• Linked Whop identity and membership status: match your purchase to your app account and verify access.
• Email-tip choice, timestamp, source and wording version: remember your separate choice.

Providers also process ordinary connection and security information, such as an IP address, request time and error logs, to deliver and protect the service. Do not add passwords, card details, medical records or unnecessary information about other people to puppy profiles or meeting notes.

Your answers on this device

Unfinished questionnaire answers are stored in this browser so navigation, refresh and signup keep your place. At signup, the answers also travel with your account’s onboarding information so email confirmation can restore them.

Browser storage also holds your sign-in session and temporary Whop linking state. Signing out clears the app’s account state and unfinished draft on this device. Clearing website storage removes local answers and signs you out; it does not delete your account or cancel billing.

The current app has no advertising pixels or advertising-cookie consent flow. Other sites you open, including Whop, have their own storage practices.

The services behind the app

• Supabase: account authentication, database and server functions. The current database is in the United States (us-east-1). Supabase privacy.
• Cloudflare Pages: website delivery. The browser also downloads the sign-in software library from esm.sh. These requests disclose ordinary connection information to their providers. Cloudflare privacy.
• Whop: payment processing, membership management and linked identity verification. Whop privacy.

These services may process information outside your country. Current recommendations use the app’s training library and stored profile and feedback; this flow does not send your puppy answers to an external generative-AI service.

Payments and your Whop connection

Payments are processed by Whop. Pupiko does not store your full payment-card details. It uses membership and payment-status information to determine access.

Connecting Whop identifies the purchasing account, even when its email differs from your app email. Linking information and tokens are used for access verification, not as public profile content. Enter payment details only in Whop’s checkout.

Optional email tips

Email tips and updates require a separate explicit opt-in. Nothing is preselected. Declining does not affect signup, payment or access. We store your choice, its server timestamp, the displayed wording version, and whether it came from onboarding or account preferences.

Missing consent means no subscription. Tips delivery is currently inactive. Before tips are sent, the address must be verified and each email must include a working unsubscribe link. Confirmation and password recovery emails remain separate.

Keeping and removing information

Profiles and training progress stay associated with your account so you can return to them. Canceling membership does not automatically erase this information. Request account or data deletion through support.

Deletion requests need an ownership check. Some records may need to be retained to resolve billing or security issues or meet applicable obligations. Protected backups and provider logs can retain copies until removed through their retention processes; active-app deletion is not a promise of instant removal from every backup.

Whop keeps its own payment and account records under its policies. Deleting Pupiko data does not cancel your Whop subscription.

Your choices and requests

Edit your puppy profile in the app and turn off optional email tips anytime. For a copy of your information, corrections you cannot make in the app, account deletion or other privacy requests, use Pupiko Support. Include the account email and your request, never a password or full card details.

We may ask you to verify ownership before providing or changing information. Privacy rights and response requirements depend on the laws that apply to you. Where applicable, you can also raise concerns with your local data-protection authority.

Account privacy and security

Authentication and ownership checks protect profile and training records. Paid access is checked on the server. Administrative access and protected backups support operation and recovery.

No online service can promise zero risk. Keep your password private, sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorized access through support. Pupiko is a tool for puppy owners; do not put children’s personal details in the app.

Changes and questions

We update this page when the described practices change and show the revision date above. Optional email-tip consent remains a separate choice. For questions, contact us through Pupiko Support.
